I've just gone to the new store for the first time and tried to use my old username and password, but I get the message 'Invalid user account'. Why is this happening? |

Unfortunately, the old accounts weren't able to be brought over into the new system. So each member will need to recreate their account. After that, you will be able to login and make purchases. |
